Fall in North Carolina cannot be beat...the closest thing to heaven on earth. Life is simple. The people are friendly. Cities are kept clean. Cultural activities are vibrant. I love my state! I have lived all over the country and have found my home in North Carolina. Sorry to be bragging, but I have something to brag about. Come see for yourself!

Jump into the Chalk Picture

Do you remember the scene in Mary Poppins where Dick Van Dyke has drawn chalk pictures on the sidewalk in the park - scenes of picturesque meadows and such. Jane and Michael want to jump into a picture and travel there - which, of course, Mary Poppins makes happen. That is my goal for this blog, to draw such a vivid, colorful picture of heaven that YOU want to go there; that you want to jump into the Heaven Picture! Not only that, but that you want to take everyone with you.

Entering the 21st Century

Oh well, I give up. I guess I have to join the world of blogging because, after all, I can't stand to be left out of anything. Not sure I have much to say just yet, but I'll give it a go.
